I wanted to see what people thought of the anoucement yesterday about the abolishment of the position of Lord Chancellor, and the intention of the Prime Minster to establish a 'Supreme Court' In the UK.
What form do people see it as taking, is it a good thing or a bad thing as a gut reaction. (Until we know more thats all I can really ask for a 'Gut Reaction') have I been missing the hints that Blair would do this, or did it really come out of the blue, and if so why do people think he's decidied to do this.
This is a huge alteration to thwe way the UK is run, it changes the very fundamental core of our government and whats the most surprising thing about this is the lack of advance warning, Blair simply did it yesterday, no hints, nothing.

From a review of the two Towers.... 'As for Gimli being comic relief, what if your comic relief had a huge axe and fells dozens of Orcs? That's a pretty cool comic relief. '
