Speed Racer vs....let's say, The Flash

Here are the rules

They must not use any offensive or defensive armaments - this is a pure race, plain and simple.

Daytona 500- Draw. Both racers get bored from driving around endlessly in an oval. Aren't they used to more exciting races?

Going by what little I've read in comics and from watching speed racer when I was younger, the Flash would be done and drinking his third cup of coffee before Space racer was across the start line.
