The Irken empire if you didn't know.
For the purpose of this debate Zim is of frying something.

Can the Empire beat the Irkens who use planets as shipping departments and parking lots. Can they beat the Irkens who have entire galaxies under their control. Who’s pizza delivery trucks take slamming into the ground at a high rate of speed with only a broken windshield, who sterilize every planet of all life before the use it and were doing it before our eyes, can they take a people who have a mech that can run of a 120 socket, who’s robots only need things the tallest found in there pockets to be self-aware.
Will the empire go down hard?

Yes. I've been slapping them around with the Irken already ^_^

Basically nobody's indicated they believe the GE, or even the combined forces of the Alpha quadrant alliance, GE, and ISA could put up any sort of meaningful struggle against the might of the Irken.
