As one of the few people here that's more then passingly familar with Renigade Leagion equipment....
Btech get's crushed.
40k would probly win, but it's realy iffy. Depends on exacts on the 40k unit (not a specilty of mine).
Hammer's Slammers would be a fair fight. Since they have numbers on their side, I'd have to say the slammers take it (after a hard fight though).
Imperial forces would get devistated.
Martian walkers would have problems. Depends on the exact version of the walker, but I don't belive any of them could handle a company of TOG heavies...

There is no problem to dificult for a signifigantly large enough quantity of C-4 to handle.

There are quite a few different types of Imp Guard company so :
If it's an infantry comapny they would get massacred.
An armoured fist company would get beaten down, but not massacered.
A tank company, would probably stand a good chance, depending on what tanks.
A Super-Heavy tank comapny (if they exist) would probably stand a bigger chance than a normal tank company despite the lower numbers.
An artillary (sp) company would get slaughtered unless they start a good couple of hundered miles away from the engagement zone.

Imperial guard superheavy tank companies stand a decent chance. The stormhammers for example have 2 turrets each with 2 battle cannon (which are the standard weapon of Heavy tanks). They also have many sponsons in which a variety of weapons can be mounted and are capable of surviving direct hits from Titan scale weapons.
Oh, and if we are talking an Imp. Guard company can we include augmentation with a Titan support group?
