Cool Kingdom Hearts 2 Trailer

Post by Yogi »

I am capable of rearranging the fundamental building blocks of the universe in under six seconds. I shelve physics texts under "Fiction" in my personal library! I am grasping the reigns of the universe's carriage, and every morning get up and shout "Giddy up, boy!" You may never grasp the complexities of what I do, but at least have the courtesy to feign something other than slack-jawed oblivion in my presence. I, sir, am a wizard, and I break more natural laws before breakfast than of which you are even aware!

Actually that's at the end of KH Final Mix for the Japanese Final Mix version.

Basically a larger form of the teaser trailer they had in KH normal.

Kingdom Hearts 2 looks like it's gonna be a keg! A fuckin' keg, I tell ya!

If kingdoms hearts 2 came with a Keg, now that would be cool. Spend like $70 get plastered and play a game where disney characters kick the shit outta eachother. Hell yah, that would be the best game ever.

Yea, the promo material shows the hero holding a fucking yellow key as a weapon...but some of the other keyblades you get are downright evil looking, like the Oblivion.

Quite the same thing with Kingdom Hearts itself.

Square fans around the world felt a creeping horror when they heard they were teaming up with Disney to make a game.
Then they go and make one of the best games ever.

I was a fan of the Lionheart, myself. You lose an attack point but your reach is about the same, you get good critical hits, and you gain MP instead of losing them.

And let this be a lesson to you: Never underestimate Square! Oh, I still found Goofy and Donald more annoying than ever, but the other characters were cool, and the writing was excellent. Maleficent was the best choice they could've made among the Disney Gallery of Rogues (she's still the only Disney villian to have made reference to Hell, AFAIK) to lead the pack. My one beef was Hook: what the hell was he doing there? I mean, I understand why they had him, because they wanted to have Peter Pan, but Hook's rather underpowered compared to Maleficent, Hades, Ursula, and Jafar. (Well, Oogie Boogie ain't much better, I'll admit).

My favorite NPC party member was the Beast. He fucking KICKED ASS, and his battle cry "Stand aside!" beat the others' by a mile. We'll put him next to Auron in the entries for "Best Squaresoft Badasses".

And I think Yoko Shimomura did an excellent job with the game soundtrack.

Ah, Kingdom Hearts. Forget Final Fantasy, KH is the game that makes me wish I had a PS2.

This about sums up my feelings of KH.
I rented it once, and almost died from the horrible game-play. Sorry, not my kind of game.

That explains nothing Fenix.
As for KH, I enjoyed it. It was really easy but so are all square games, the music was good (j-pop is so hard to hate) the cinemas climactic and excellently done, and the characters, while annoying were fun. The gameplay was ecclectic and themed for younger audiances, but if you messed around you could do some cool shit.
Anyhoo, thats my opinion.

That's because you're obviously inferior to the rest of us. :twisted:8)

I'm eventually gonna buy it, so far I've only rented it. I want to again make Jafar, Ursula, Hades, and Maleficent my bitches.

I'm also going to buy the soundtrack when I get paid and put some moola in the bank.
