odd error message

i got his message attempting to connect to the site. no formatting, nothing, just this on a white screen:

Could not connect to the database

I get that periodically. Looks like the server is just getting overloaded.

I got it to, and I believe that was the reason also. It happens nearly every time more than 60 people are logged in.

I never got something like that. When there's a lot of people online, it usually takes forever to load and then takes me to a "Page cannot be displayed" page.
