According to Inside the Worlds of Attack of the Clones, sergeants wear green, lieutenants wear blue, captains wear red, and comamnders wear yellow.

Correct. And, seeing as how all sources indicate that "commander" is the highest rank, it leads me to wonder why it is that they yellow troopers are so ubiquitous. You'd think there'd be green troopers all over the damn place.
