This has been bugging me for months now. Why did Bush state his reasons for war as he did? Being a dictator guilty of ethnic cleansing is a perfectly legitimate reason to for the US to come in and invade that country, as Clinton demonstrated with the going into the Balkans. Why did Bush go on something that he had no hard proof of when he had a very convenient reason already set up for him?
This has nothing to do with any actual motivations, just stated motivations.
