Looking for a program to compose music in wave format

I have some ideas for some songs (industrial/techno), but since very obviously I cannot do what I want to without a band or instrument skill, that leaves wave synth.

However, I have no idea what proggies can do this. I do not want to deal with midi since it sucks.

Preferably I would like to be doing it via coding since it gives finer control over the sound. I do have some rather out-dated experience with such programs, but nothing I had is all that good.

Anything would be appreciated, though keep in mind the only inputs are going to be the mic, keyboard, and mouse.

Buzzmachines.com is another one.

I would personally recomend Fruity Loops, or get a copy of Acid and start there.
