He doesn't have a car, he has a Kubelwagen for travel around the neighborhood, and a Panzer IV to take care of those pesky traffic jams.

And a Maus to create them no doubt. Two lanes worth of 12mph road crushing German engineering.

So, the Germans didn't really need the Maus as the ultimate in logistical nightmare, we have "soccer moms" in giant 4x4s for that.

Hey, you know, if we manufacture a new Maus and sell it, we could make millions by marketing the newest urban monster! Just swap out the turret and ammo storage with a few bench seats, and it'll be great.

Can we... can we keep the heavy artillery as an option? I really hate people with riced up Vauxhall Novas or any other obscenely shit car and try and make it cool with lights, spoilers able to lift a C-5 Galaxy and stereos worth more than their house.

Oil companies will love that as well, we might get them to fund the project. The fuel consumption of a Maus isn't measured in miles per gallon, it's measured in gallons per mile.

Oh, and we could seek extra funding from construction companies. If these things become common most bridges would have to rebuilt or refurbished to be able support the weight of the might Maus.

Sure, that would be a nice option. I have considered mounting a 105mm recoiless rifle on my Jeep Wrangler, a la M151 style for that same reason. Man it's fun when some rich kid in a ricer pulls up to what looks like a slow arse jeep and starts revving their engine, and I blow by them thanks to my low gearing and I-6 engine in a pretty light vehicle.

If I had a tank, I'd go on a rampage a la the beginning of LXG.

Only it'd be my modern, custom built tank with just about the best of everything and a railgun and FEL defence system, but I'd just be running over cars I didn't like all day.

Who says a Kubelwagen isn't a car? For god's sake, it's just the Volkswagen Thing before it got off steroids!

I gave a forklift a flame paintjob at this place I worked. Hilarious, a 1947 Clark model 2020 it was, had a little flathead four that looke like it belonged in a Model T. Should've taken pictures....

Ah the Panzer mowers, they mowed down the Polish gardens in a matter of weeks.

I'd like to see a Star Destroyer mower.
