Buying a digital camera over the net

Found this sweet sweet camera this week, the Casio Exilim EX-Z4, however it's very expensive, over here anyway, 490€, however through Bizrate I found one for around 285€ on camerasandelectronics.com, and one for 270€ on compuplus.com

Anyone here dealt with either?
C&E.com takes credit cards from non-americans but require one to send a scan of the card for verification, is that a sensible thing todo really from the customers POV?

Compuplus is cheaper but requires me to "wire" them money, I dunno really how one goes about wiring money seeing as I've never done it before, but I assume it's just a matter of going to the bank and telling them what to do.
Is wiring money a good idea? Does it usually cost anything extra?
