I'm trying to install X-wing vs. Tie fighter on my computer, but it won't work.
I think it's because i'm using XP.
Anyone know a way to get it up and running?
(I still have my old computer that runs on WIN98, so if I can'y get it to work on this one, I can just hook that one up for a while.)

Yeah, try XP's compatibility mode
Blame LucasArts and their coding. There's no actual reason why their older XvT-engine games can't run except for certain routines that improperly check for DirectX and a few other things.Tribun wrote:XvT is too old for XP, it won't work.
