I'm very curious as to where in the "Holy" Quran it states womean are to wear headscarves and/or not allowed to have their images broadcast while singing, but can if presenting news. I've attempted to challenge a Muslim before on their beliefs (don't recall specifically which, it was on PalTalk, though) and all I got was a bunch of redirection and evasion. seriously, I never EVER questioned a muslim about their beliefs where the question wasn't evaded. mayhaps they are taught to do this? Perhaps muslims simply feel it is foolish for me to even THINK to QUESTION what is interpreted as the true and final word of God. I dunno, just thought I'd toss that in, see if maybe anyone has any similar experiences.

Taking your bets on how long it will be until Afghanistan's new government falls apart into another Islamic theocracy. I'm offering five to two in five years. Because it looks like the new Afghan government is ripe for it.
