This is out of South Korea. Bush might as well be a cardboard cutout in a raging rainstorm for all the effect he'd have on the research down there.

Wasn't there a UN resolution narrowly shot down that would have barred such research, though? :?

It was postponed for now since the US and anti-cloning crowd had to try and win against the UK and pro-cloning (within reason) crowd and vice versa.
