Will it be "free to use" as originaly advertised? Or is there a monthly fee.
If it's free I'm going to the store ASAP. (like I did with NWN, my only other original game

There's a currently unspecified monthly fee, and they never claimed otherwise. It will probably be ~$13 a month.
