I am now teh gramer poleese

Post by Pablo Sanchez »

I have been officially appointed commandant of the grammar police on SD.net by the magnificent magnanimosity of the munificent moderator of moderators David, aka Son of the Sons. Bask in the glory of my poorly drawn avatar and misspelled title.

It is time for you all to be in the fearing of me.

If you want to reply to this thead, I suggest you do it soon, because I think it'll be gone within a few hours, a day on the outside.

So, what kind of punishment are we looking at for bringing in the Adjective-Army to test your police powers? :)

Actually, it is I who is being punished, for mocking David earlier today (you probably didn't get the opportunity to read it, it was only around for a couple of minutes). He cannot take a joke, he so sensitive. Like a little man-child who has sunburned his genitals.

I actually like the idea of a mod or admin that goes around and corrects all our spelling errors, even if it is a horrible waste of time and manpower.
Don't hate; appreciate!

RIP Eddie.

Chief, you know that guy whose camper they
were whacking off in?

Bork! You are a federal agent. You

Never end a sentence with a preposition.
Try again.

BORK
Oh, ah... You know that guy in whose
camper they... I mean that guy off in
whose camper they were whacking?

FLEMMING
That's better. Yes?

Maybe if you changed it to something more demeaning, like "Baby Prissy-pants Sissy Man" or such... :)

I think we need a companion title for people who do silly things but not enough to warrant a VI. We need "Wanker".

I just think it's fit here.

Pablo is clearly making a power play here. First, he will become SDN's Grammar Policeman, and then he will try and take my position as ASVS's Resident Grammarian!

So do we use the bombers or the tanks to destroy the cities public buildings? Or do we use both, or the atomic tanks and conventional bombers, or atomic bombers and conventional tanks, or the atomic tanks with atomic armament with the atomic powered conventional bombers? We need answers here!

It's been done previously, my child. If you had any class, and were in fact anything more than a silly sad manling groping desperately to elevate yourself above a sense of humor that makes that of Spock seem staggering, you would understand that old gags are just that... old. Try harder next time, but not so hard that you strain yourself.
