Yep. No longer am I "Customer care specialist I" but I am now a Customer Care Specialist......II!!! increase in pay by about 2k per year (That's alot here in J-ville, relatively...), more responsibility (Now I can draft custom letters to customers, analyze escrow accounts without going to another II, take escalated calls (Yep, when customers say "I want to speak to your supervisor." You get me.
Personally, I think I should have gotten it before now, but I never met time in position requirements. Now to shoot for that senior/manager spot coming open in 6 months.
So this thread is shameless attention-whoring and patting myself on the back. Fell free to jump in and share similar happy goings on in your life!

Nope. Mortgage servicing specialist. When something is wrong with your mortgage, and you call to ask mundane questions, I'm the guy that answers the phone, only now, I can take supervisor calls from customers who have been really pissed by other phone jocks. Believe me, it's 7 million times more complicated than it sounds.
