AOTC in IMAX out in GTA!

Whee! It's finally out!

Anyone in the GTA wanna do a AotC get together and go see it?

Just saw it on IMAX. It was cool, but they cut ALOT out.

God Fucking Damn it!!

There's a perfectly good IMAX theatre in Cedar Rapids, but they only play "Edutainment" junk.

No IMAX Clones or Apollo 13 for me.

I'm willing to pay to see Ep II in Imax, but not willing to drive 5-6 hours to do so.

I saw it yesterday. There wasnt that much cut out really: the part where anakin and obi get off the elevator to meet amidala, the scene in palpatines office about emergency powers, and the field scene on naboo are the ones i missed.

I got to see it for my birthday on the 2nd. :D Most of the really annoying scenes were cut out of the IMAX version. For example, the really really bad lines that Mace had in the beginning with Yoda were cut out. The entire grass scene with Anakin and Amidala was cut out as well.

Overall, I was happy with the cuts although I don't think they needed to cut as much as they did.

They cut out an Important scene though, the one with Yoda Obi Won and Mac walking down the hall talking about the arrogance of the Jedi
