The rings of the planet Genosis
The average size of the objects making up the rings of genosis was rather large. In real life Saturn's rings have very small particles, IIRC few are larger than 1 meter. Rings could start with objects much larger than that but they will eventualy be weared down to small size by frequent collisons. So the genosian rings are rather young. Now there is a small possibility that maybe the rings are artificial. The genosian's designed the Death. Maybe the rings were formed after a superlaser test blasted a moon of genosis into small pieces.
