I found an old hard drive in the garage and decided to pop it
open for the magnets. I know they are strong and you to handle
them with care but I still ended up pinching my middle finger
between two of them. Ouch!

I'm just glad I was not handling really big ones, I could have hurt
my finger pretty badly instead of getting a small blister.

They sure are fun aren't they? Be careful with them and don't let them fly together, it happened to me once and they shattered on impact. I have a Wondermagnet #5 which is, well, somewhat larger than a hard drive magnet. Lots of fun, until it gets stuck on a flat metal surface. Then it's almost impossible to remove.

lol, took a couple magnets out of an old dead WD 3 gig drive and stuck my professor's chair to his desk with them. He had to yank the chair to get it to come loose. He never found out who did it, but it was all I could do to keep from laughing.
