Could someone remind me of the steps to get an iPod working with iTunes? After a reinstall, I installed iTunes, and my iPod works as a drive fine, but isn't recognised by any iPod software (iTunes, the updater, etc).
I tried using the original CD, but it never gets past the 'plug your iPod in to be configured' step.
