In the beginning of AOTC there is an assasination attempt at senator Amidala. Few moments(hours) later she comes in the chancellor's chambers and has a chat with the Jedi. She then says that she is certain Count Dooku is behind the attack. How did she came to this conclusion? Yes I know she was right but as far as she knew Dooku was a separatist leader so why would he try to eliminate the senator who was trying to stop the Republic from building an army.

Also later we see Dooku talking to the Trade Federation leaders and they also insisit that Amidala be killed. Why? Isn't she useful to them for stalling the creation of the army? Sure we know that Dooku doesn't give a shit about their separatist movement and that his plan is to plunge the Republic and Separatist into war so that Palpatine can come to power.
But this does not explain why was Amidala so sure Dooku was behind the attack nor why did the separatist leaders(those that actually believed in their cause) wanted Amidala dead.

It wasn't the leaders in general, it was Nute Gunray in particular, who was still pissed off at her for spoiling his invasion of Naboo ten years previously. He wouldn't sign the treaty until she was killed. The other corporate leaders didn't give a shit.

There will always be a Master and an Apprentice. Dooku was the apprentice in this case. we see him(I think) in the movie talking to Palaptine. And at the End of the Movie we see him entering Coruscant Space , Most likley travelling to see Palpatine.

The Fact isnt That Count Dooku wanted the Seperatists to win a war, he was working For palpatine as the 'Devils Advocate' He was creating Confilct to give Palpatine the ability to create an army to enable him to gain control and found the Empire.

Dooku wanted to Kill Amidala so that she WOULDN'T stop palpatine from creating the Rebulics army which then became the Empire. Dooku worked for Palpatine not the Seperatists.

As I already stated in the first post I know this. BUT Amidala DIDN'T know this. So why did she thought Dooku was the one behind the assasination attempt.

Count Dooku was mentioned by Palpatine to already be know to be behind the Seperatist movement. Thus for Amidala to know this was not exactly a plot hole.

She assumed he was behind the assassination attempt because the Trade Federation had joined the Seperatist movement.

That and killing her was the same reason likely Palpatine wanted to kill her in TPM. If she lives and stalls it serves a purpose, if she dies and convinces the others it serves a purpose.

It was not a conclusion. It was a feeling. She felt that despite the logic Dooku was behind that.

Well that settles the Amidala accusing Dooku.

However there is still a question of why did The Corporate Alliance, The Banking Clan, The Commerce Guild and those flying insect aliens went along with the assasination of the senator that was working in their favor by stalling the creation of the Republic army. Sure Dooku wanted her dead beacuse he was doing Palpatines bidding but the other separatist factions didn't know about Dookus alegiance with Palpatine(except for those flying insects maybe). From their point of view the best way to achieve dominance in the Galaxy was for Republic NOT to have an army so they could blackmale it. Killing Amidala would only sped up the progress of the army creation(which was exactly what Palpatine wanted of course).

We can assume that the CIS din't know about the Clone Army, so a war would be in their favor the Republic had no standing army, while separtist had their Battledroids, so the CIS might overrun any Republic forces before the Republic could mount any proper defence.

Now, it was Viceroy Gunray that wanted to see senator Amidala dead. As he told Count Dooku on Geonosis:

"What about the Senator from Naboo? Is she dead yet? I'm not signing your treaty until I have her head on my desk."

The support of the Trade Federation was of vital importance, as later explained by Count Dooku:

"Our friends of the Trade Federation has pledged their support. When their battle droids are combined with yours [from the Techno Union], we shall have an army greater than anything in the Galaxy."

So, it wasn't Count Dooku or the Seperatists that wanted to see Amidala dead per se, but Dooku had to go along with it. Of course, they knew nothing about the Clone Army.

The question is still out there that does Dooku really know that the Clone Wars is a puppet war? I mean we see in multiple sources that Dooku always says that he left the Republic because he saw its corruption. WE also know that he is the one that brought the Trade Federation and Commerce Guilds into the fold. It is possible that he just dosent know that its a puppet war and its possible that he dosent really know that Palpatine is Sidious. Why should he be able to tell when Palpatine has every other force user blinded? And if you think of it if Dooku really wanted to change the Republic for the "better good" i think he would be pissed off if he suddenly learns it will be worse now if the Republic/Empire wins

Yes, but I figured that everyone was aware of that, and I also chose to write it from the viewpoint of someone who wasn't aware of the link between Dooku and Sidious.
