Are you sure you didn't flop those? Fehr would make a way better Karrde than Bob Hastings (assuming we're talking about the same Bob Hastings).

Jeremy Irons lost all credibility after Dungeons and Dragons, to quote my coworker after we teched the film; 'Who was that bad actor who looked like Jeremy Irons though?'

This reminds me of a house rule we had with SW: RPG. You had to pick an actor/ actress to play your character.

Since any EU live action production would be TV only, and since movies made into TV shows always get re-cast like MASH, wouldn't the leads need to be replaced?

I would go with Ed O'Neill to replace Harrison Ford as Ball-Less, Soulless, Pussywhipped EU Han Solo. David Allen Grier as EU Lando. Edie McClurg as EU Princess Leia, and Ricky Schroeder as EU Luke Skywalker.
