Miranda-class kicks ass!
Mriandas are my favorite ST ship. Why? They kick ass, and look good doing it!
A few pics of the Miranda:
I'll never forgive them for removing the roll bar:

Yours too? Cool. Something about it rubs me the right way, maybe the fact that the Reliant got beaten to within an inch of its life without even a trace of a warp core breach.Cpt_Frank wrote:Hmm the miranda my favorite ST ship!
Or that it just looks so slim and deadly from the front. Or that it's design leans a lot more towards combat than the Constitution's does.

Well, the E-A also took quite a beating without any trace of a core breach... of course, they were having some other core problems at the time, anyway.IG-88E wrote:Yours too? Cool. "Mostly Harmless"
I, too really like the Miranda (with the rollbar) it is a good ship. But I think I like the Centuar better, basically the Miranda type for the Excelcior.

They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong
But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

My favorite ST ship has got to be the Ambassador class, Enterprise-B, the only Enterprise besides the A that looked like a warship. But the Miranda definately comes in at a close second.
