Infinium "makers" of the well know Phantom console, of which despite millions of investment dollers has never been seen lost yet another lawsuit today

You see to cover up the fact that Infinium's work is vaporware they sued half a dozen websites who wrote about the fact that Infinium work WAS vaporware
