Would it be that you've used Spybot/Tea Timer to make start up registry changes? Because I know I had it detect Spybot after I had done that. Apparently it thought because it was messing with the registry it was potentially harmful.

Nope I don't use Tea Timer.

Ah, I've only noticed it on my computer with Tea Timer. But if Spybot has to be running that would explain it since it's going through the registry and is capable of manipulating much as malware would. I can see how Ad-ware can flag it.
