St. Patrick's Day Pics (pic heavy)

Post by fgalkin »

Well, I've got a shiny new Sony digital camera yesterday, and today I've had the perfect opportunity to test it:

Image
A pic of our local Socialists. This has nothing to do with St. Patrick's day whatsoever, but I took the pic today, so I decided to post it anyways.

Image
This also has nothing to do with the holiday. This is a comedy groop that migrated throughout the campus today. "We are the Sperm cells?" WTF?

Image
And the members of the group, caught on film later that day. The table in the pic is the socialists' table (see pic 1)

And now, on to the parade:

They don't look Irish to me. :D

Of course, where would we be without the IRA?

Good luck on the 19th, by the way.

The IRA in question is surely the pre-1932-37 Irish Republican Army, rather than the "provisional" IRA, IE, the modern terrorist group. Hell, I'm fairly certain that my ancestors were in the former (and hopefully not the latter) at the time.

That said, they do look a disreputable bunch, and a number of them at least probably do support the Provisional IRA.

There is no doubt in my mind that there are some terrorists in that group . I marched with the Heibernians when i was a kid, and even they were afraid of the Friends of Irish Freedom. My mother wouldn't let me near them. Baaaaaaad Juju.

Someone needs to tell 'em to get the fuck in step.
