Did the nazis use "Viktoria" as "victory"?

I only know "Viktoria" as a female name (obviously from the latin word "victoria" = "victory") but it´s not used in German as a synonym for "Sieg".

Methinks that the "Viktoria" in this song is the guy´s chick which he has to part with. The writer of the song used that name because it´s latin for "Sieg" of course as a referenct to all the "Sieg heil" crap.

Not just the Nazis. As the name of the Goddess of Victory it was poetically used so throughout the nineteenth and early twentieth century.
