Sidious's origins

Post by Sothis »

A question that may have already been answers, but I am curious nonetheless.

Who was Sidious's master? When did Sidious (in the guise of Palpatine) begin his journey to the Dark Side?

In Labyrinth of Evil and ROTS, Palpatine's master is revealed to have been one Darth Plagueis. How Plagueis found and trained Palpatine, especially considering Naboo is a Republic world, is a matter of speculation; as far as I know, ROTS does not reveal this information. I could be wrong since I've only allowed spoilers up to a certain point..

Just click the quote button and go back when you're done reading.

Cut and paste into Notepad, or whatever you got... hell, even the URL field in your browser's fair game.

Even an IM window you're not using would suffice.

It's Palpatine in the guise of Sidious, not the other way around. The guy was Palpatine first.

You know, spoilers are much easier like this *highlight to read*:

true but think it's the way as it is with Batman (dispite being Bruce Wayne before Batman, Bruce wayne is the disguise not batman).

You know that 'highlight to read' thing doesn't work in all of the BB's themes. The Falcon theme for example it doesn't, while the Black Sould one does. I suggest just minimising the text.

I've posted this twice (in the other thread that this technique was mentioned) so that it won't be missed.

Word is "smart" enough to recognize the font size

notepad doesn't and it's quicker to load too.

The formatting is carried over into Word wysiwyg (you get the same font, bold/italics/underline, font size etc) but once it was in Word, you could've raised the font size to normal there :P

The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.
