The Empire of Tsuranuanni

Post by Crown »

Here is my question; following the thread on Osama's letter where the parallels of today's struggle and that of WWII, how much is the Empire of Tsuranuanni based on Japanese (medival upto WWII) culture? Raymond E Feist has always maintained the his fictional Empire is based on the medival Japan, Aztec and Zulu all mixed together. But clearly the political intriguise are on then Japan, whereby the Emperor had only a spiratual or cermonial power, but the true governance of the Empire was rested in the strongest Lords of the land.

Anyone thought of this aswell?

Gven that he showed it only in very small detail but a few times, this is largely uncommentable. There is little evidence.
