Ask Xalev, he's the one who caught it first. I just scooped him. :P

It was on Ron Reagan Jr's show.

Nothing like that. Which one the two guests prefer, which has better sound effects, why people prefer one or the other, "wars is childish fantasy, trek is serious" stuff, that sort of thing.

What did he do this time?
Why wonder why? The answer is simple: obviously, someone somewhere decided that he or she needed Baby Jesus up the ass.

I meant, what prompted that comment? Did someone on the show say something highly unusual?

Well, it makes sense that Star Wars and Star Trek are being compared now, since both franchises are coming to an end within a few days of each other.

Of course, one is going out with a bang and the other, well, not so much.

Hey, I was just as surprised as you were. Though the segment could have been done better. Who has better SOUND EFFECTS? Please, they should have stuck to special visual effects.

Oh, the show was called Connected Coast to Coast, anchored by Ron Reagan and Monica Crowley.

Besides, everyone knows that Star Wars sound effects will kill Star Trek sound effects with 200 giga-decibels of pure Fun. Ben Burt also can't shut up about the sound on the commentaries.

The battle is already over.

Star Trek depicts sounds in space, so I'd say that's just as childish and unrealisitc as Star Wars. Then again, so what?
