I would go see it, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Umm...maybe this is the way Lucasfilm should go...instead of making these prequel movies, they should be filming the best novels (Timothy Zahn's in particular, including the SoTP/VoTF duology).
I'd give an arm and a leg (not literally) to see that.

I would give not only my left foot, but my left hand to see DE turned into a movie.

I'm not sure...it would be awfully hard to find someone good enough to play Thrawn.

We got Jar-Jar for the Prequels, we might end up with Dicaprio for Thrawn

I'd rather have Dicraprio than Jar-Jar anyday.

I certainly would go to see such a film regardless. But Even if each book was one film, I don't think it would be very good, too much would have to be cut for time.

yes. books don't always translate well into movies

Yes but lucky with Zhan you know EACXTLY what to cut thanks to his good tecnical writing
Heck I could curn out a 2 hour and 20 min script if somone paid me to that would keep everything intact in the book without loosing anything important and/or funny

What was good about Zahn and fighters was that he used newtonian physics, I mean just because they can simulate atmospheric mode in space doesn't mean they can't do it the other way too when it's prefferable.

Unfortunatly they wouldn't make great movies. Great books, but not movie materiel.

With some editing they might.

Try using the comic versions, they might translate better into movies.

Yeah, the comic shots would be like the drawn screenshots that they go by when making a movie.

Who would you guys want to see play Thrawn?
My vote would be for this guy, Everett McGill:
He was the only thing (aside from Katherine Heigl), that kept my interest in Steven Seagal's craptastic
Undersiege 2: Dark Territory.

Why no option for both testicles and a kidney?

You can't see the movie without a Kidney
No Kidneys is a baad thing

Everett might be good, after red contacts and blue skin of course.
