How do you prefer to adjust the volume on your PC?

I'm sorry, but the number you have dialed is imaginary. Please rotate the phone by 90 degrees and try again.

Fiddle with the knob-Dial on the speakers, no remote no software.

Dial. My Logitech keyboard has a dial in the center to control the master volume while I keep my speakers set always on the same volume.

Dials are manual and easiest to control in relation to the volume that I want.
Using the computer software or that stupid push button may make it jump to more or less than I want it.

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

A dial is best, but unfortunately my laptop only has push-buttons.

If I had my old desktop speakers out here, it'd be dial all the way.
Alas, they're too busy being used on, well, my old desktop.
So it's the little pushbuttons on my monitor, since that's what has the speakers right now. It's not the best, but then whenever I go to a computer store I'm always distracted by all the games and never think about speakers. And even if I did, and if I had the money at the time to buy it, I'd still be fucked because I'd wind up blowing it on a game instead.

Either the dial on the speakers, or buttons on the keyboard. I prefer the dial beacuse it makes slight adjustments, but I can't look at the knob and get an idea of how loud it will be like with the buttons, since I've only had the speakers I have now for about a month.
What I'm really tempted to do is turn the speaker volume all the way up, the keyboard volume controls all the way up, and the sound controls all the way up, and hear how loud the resulting sound is.

Dial on the side, and the thing on the headphones. I listen to music wayyy to loudly. I have a 1'4" to 1'8" converter so I can listen to music coming through my guitar amp

Dials are good. Quick turn down the music when the phone rings, quick turn it up for a good song. Definately, definately dials.

Dial all the way. The software option is way to complicated.
'Next time I let Superman take charge, just hit me. Real hard.'
'You're a princess from a society of immortal warriors. I'm a rich kid with issues. Lots of issues.'
'No. No dating for the Batman. It might cut into your brooding time.'
'Tactically we have multiple objectives. So we need to split into teams.'-'Dibs on the Amazon!'

Dial. I don't have buttons (old keyboard), and software's too inaccurate. Amusingly enough, my father came in a few minutes ago with a surplussed pair of speakers from work. Conversation was as follows:
Dad: "Hey, do you want some new speakers?"
Me: "Where'd you get those?"
Dad: "From work" *looks at my speakers* "Hey, those are better than these...wait, they're better than what I have. Where'd you get those?"
Me: "Came with the computer."
