Hey.
I was wondering if there was a (free) program on the internet that I could download to my flash drive and leave it there. Then, I take it to school, or work, or whatever and plug the flash drive in. I run the program, and now I can download a file off the internet using a full url (e.g. www.website.com/coolfile.zip or something.) Is that possible? Does it exist?

There are several download managers out there, but if you're just looking for something to save the links in, you could always use a text file and do a copy/paste gig. Though if you're looking to get by lockouts that may exist on an existing system, you're probably asking in the wrong place. Your post is a little bit on the vague side after all.
