Yep. My post got deleted. I was responding to the following:

However according to the Biblical account, when God made the world and Adam & Eve, everything was perfect. So we have two physically perfect humans with no genetic defects whatsoever plus a much higher genetic diversity (number of genes) than we see today. Now of course after sin entered the world this also effected our genes as well...

I simply stated that such a statement is nothing but supposition and there is no evidence (not even in the Bible) that Adam and Eve had higher genetic diversity, nor that "sin" would adversely effect genes.

I also questioned the "perfect creation" by wondering if Adam and Eve, before the fall, still had eyes that had to flip images around before sending that information to the brain, thus causing a blind spot, . . . or having a tube for both breathing and swallowing, causing a choking hazard.

The main topic of the post had to do with why Adam and Eve's offspring could have sex with each other, "since there were no other humans elsewhere, being that we all came from that original pair"....

They have no proof that Cain or Seth took their sisters for their wives. More supposition with no credibility. Yet my post gets deleted.

Yeah, the blind spot is cause of the fovea, which is where all the blood vessels supplying your eye converges at one spot. Normally the other eye covers up for that spot, but if you cover one eye then you can spot the blind spot.

I can see that this thread will either be swiftly locked, or degenerate into a Vargo-esque flame tyraid. Perhaps there should be a thread in announcements specifically for little debates and new snipits of Fundie idiocy like this so that we can both cut down on the number of repetative threads, and prevent "n00b, no one cares" posts ad nauseum.

There were other humans magically appearing called "The Sons and Daughters Of God" or just "The Daughters of God"

Our genes were "purer" back then (a reason why we lived so long) so inbreeding wasn't a problem.

You probably shouldn't continue to post snippets of debates you have here and there unless you actually can't respond to them, and need help. Just found out today that it wouldn't matter if I 'needed help' in debating them. They state that they are a Protestant Christian board, one to express Protestant Christian beleifs, and is not a debating forum. So, their Protestant Christian beliefs are completely right. No debate.
