Jingoistic and non-pc picture

A friend just sent me this photo today. The funny thing is that the picture is off the last ship I served on. The USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).

I'm not sure how old the picture is and it was a little fuzzy so I'm not entirely sure that it's real, although I wouldn't exactly put it past a ship to do something like this.

By the looks of it, it's the aircraft carrier's Navy crew (excluding pilots, perhaps.)
