Is there a way to put a stop to this?

The IP address lease 192.168.1.100 for the Network Card with network address <SNIP MAC ADDRESS> has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

It keeps majorly fucking with my connection at least once a day, and it somehow fucks with my IM account connections particularly badly.

I want to put a stop to this bullshit...
