The Punisher comes to Coruscant..

Post by Long Wang »

Frank Castle somehow comes by a piece of alien tech (the Marvel-verse is rife with it) which will generate a wormhole. Messing around with it, he accidentally by sheer chance keys in the coordinates of Coruscant. Fiddling around with the thing, he gets it switched on and is immediately met with a wormhole leading straight to the streets of Coruscant.

After exploring this new world for many months, he discovers it to be much more advanced than Earth, but in many ways, especially socially, very similar. Including the presence of a criminal element, both organized and petty.

He decides to move his endless vigilante campaign to Coruscant.

He brings with him his normal arsenal: A 'Nam-era M16, a Sterlin MK6 9mm semi converted to full-auto, a Browning Llama 9mm automatic pistol, a .45 auto frame rechambered in 9mm, and a .223 Derringer.

In the few months he's been exploring, he has managed to find somewhere to stay on Coruscant, and acquire a fairly basic two-man speeder.

He sets himself to his crusade, on Coruscant.

What happens?

Well, hard to say.

In all theory he SHOULD be shot to pieces by the police. However, by all logic he should have been shot to bits ANYWAY in the Marvel universe. The only reason he's still alive is because the writers make him so.

If the Plawt Gods are still on his side, he lives. Otherwise, he gets killed in short order like the punk he is.
I am capable of rearranging the fundamental building blocks of the universe in under six seconds. I shelve physics texts under "Fiction" in my personal library! I am grasping the reigns of the universe's carriage, and every morning get up and shout "Giddy up, boy!" You may never grasp the complexities of what I do, but at least have the courtesy to feign something other than slack-jawed oblivion in my presence. I, sir, am a wizard, and I break more natural laws before breakfast than of which you are even aware!

The super-warrior who survives every gunfight is a derivative of the Rambo syndrome. Character shields are not normally permitted in cross-universe matchups. Like all criminals, he might cause some havoc, but he has no support network, no friends, etc. He'll eventually get shot in some altercation, and never make a noticeable impact.

Frank alone on a alien world with nothing except his basic hand to hand knowledge is screwed seven ways from Sunday.

Sorry in Marvelverse he's pretty cool, but alone he's no better than your above average marine, but with no resources to speak of...you might as well just said what would an Green Beret do in this situation.
