I dunno, 1.1 crashes on me more often than the betas did.
Of course, I'm also playing out a cheesed-out version of the Terran Alliance (which I renamed the Solarian League).
The AI's improved though, on normal difficulty my civilization usually only ranks as third overall (but 1st in tech) until endgame, at which point I can easily powerhouse my way to any one of the victories.
