I got a bugged game, playing on one level above normal(I belive thats Bright), and each of the three AI have 2 planets, and are doing nothing. Neither planet has any sort of production capability(zero social, zero military, etc.). I've tried cash injections to see if thats the issue, but its not.
I've stopped playing for now, any suggestiosn?
