That's a "Live Strong" braclet-- Lance Armstrong set up some foundation to raise money to fight cancer. For $5 you get one of those braclets-- they want to sell 5 million of them. A pretty good cause actually, but I have the feeling Kerry's just using it to make a statement-- "Look, I'm a nice guy! I donated five bucks even though i could've donated a few thousand!"
