The Psilons had been silent so far, and had remained unnoticed, despite being some of the few non-humans here. They all watched the proceedings and recorded all the details. He waited in till some of the "pleasantries" were exchanged then introduced himself.

Like the Republic of Nashtar (Rogue9) we are leery of putting the ability to instantly arrive at our homeworld in the hands of unknowns. Perhaps a trading post can be created for all....

"Actually, our established trading colony is Verling Station. We have the trading post outside our core worlds because we are located in a dense star cluster, making navigation difficult and time consuming at faster than light speeds. The coordinates are here." Shelton slid a small datapad across the table after inserting a disk and punching up a file. "We prefer it if traders inform us of their arrival in advance so the traders can prepare the docks and payment can be ready. If you show up unannounced you may have to wait for other ships to clear the station."

Anyhoot, we would just as soon stay private and keep foreign objects out. We would rather set up our own gate at a neutral point where both of our gates can operate. A location in deep space would be preferable.

Excellent, a gate ship should arrive with in the week, with a small escort while the gate is set up. When they get with in a few light years they will broadcast their arrival.

In return we would be happy to set up solar power plants, however this would necessitate a larger military presence where ever you wish us to set up the plants, to protect them. We are not currently prepared to offer the technology it self. Due to our scientific bend, we have developed a limited number of excess supercomputers and research laboratories, which we would like to sell or trade to any interested parties. We have some 30 supercomputers, and 10 research labs avaliable as of now. They are of the finest quality. We also have iron and hydrogen in abundance, however we would rather sell those for money and buy from markets numbers of smaller items.

"We can do space stations. Civilian applications only makes it easier, though we also have military models if you are interested. What are you willing to trade in, say, supercomputers and use of a solar station for space stations capable of housing 10,000 comfortably?"
